From a Mold Workshop to a Global ODM Partner

KeyboardPro started in 2007 as a five-person tooling shop in Dongguan, building plastic molds for keyboard caps. Eighteen years later, we are a vertically integrated manufacturer with 28,000 m² of production space, twelve SMT lines, and a 600-person team that handles everything from industrial design to mass production under one roof.

Industrial Design

In-house 3D modeling, CMF (color/material/finish) proposals, ergonomic reviews, and a 10-day turnaround on first concept renders.

Tooling & Mold

Independent mold workshop with CNC, EDM and graphite machining. New tooling lead time 30 days, mold lifetime 500K shots guaranteed.

Injection & SMT

Fully automated keycap and chassis injection. Twelve SMT lines for PCB assembly, in-house firmware flashing and per-unit MAC tracking.

Assembly & QC

Dust-free assembly workshops with 100% functional testing, drop testing, and serialized packaging. AQL 1.0 inspection standard.

Inside Our Factory

28,000 m² of production floor, organized for traceable, audit-ready manufacturing.

Warehouse & Logistics

3,000 m² finished-goods warehouse with FIFO inventory and serialized pallet tracking. Direct FOB Shenzhen or CIF routing worldwide.

QC Laboratory

Drop, vibration, salt-spray, key-life (10M+ keystroke tester) and EMC pre-compliance testing on site before shipment.

Production Lines

Eight dedicated keyboard assembly lines with configurable stations for hot-swap, gasket mount, and IP-rated assembly.

An Engineering-First Culture

Our 80-person engineering team includes firmware, mechanical, EE and ID engineers, with an average tenure of 6 years. We invest 8% of annual revenue into R&D, focused on switch innovation, firmware tooling, and production automation.

Every project is led by a dedicated program manager who owns the timeline, the BOM, and the customer communication from kickoff to retail ship date.
