Requirement Analysis

Industrial Design

3D modeling, color/material/finish (CMF) proposals, ergonomic review, two concept rounds. Free artwork mockup.

10 – 15 days

Tooling & Prototype

Mold making for chassis and keycaps, 3D-printed samples, switch matching, RGB tuning, function verification.

25 – 35 days

Engineering Validation

EVT (50 units), DVT (100 units), PVT (200 units). Reliability, EMC pre-compliance, drop and life-cycle testing.

20 – 30 days

Mass Production

Lean production with online QC, 100% functional test, serialized packaging, AQL 1.0 inspection, container loading photo log.

Logistics & After-Sales

FOB Shenzhen or CIF routing, customs documents, 12-month warranty, RMA support, ongoing firmware updates.

Product Definition & Sourcing

Switch selection (Cherry, Kailh, Gateron, Outemu, Huano), keycap material (ABS, PBT, POM), PCB stack-up, and wireless module decision — all sourced and validated in-house.

Tooling & Prototyping

Independent mold workshop with CNC, EDM and graphite machining. 3D-printed engineering samples in 48 hours. Five-iteration keycap mold included in tooling fee.

Electronics & Firmware

In-house EE team designs PCBA, antenna layout, and battery management. Firmware engineers deliver QMK/VIA, RGB control, Bluetooth pairing and OTA update capability.

Firmware SDK & Software

Optional white-label configurator app, custom RGB software, and full firmware source code handoff with documentation. NDA and IP protection included.
